Super Agility

Our superpower for the week is super agility!

agility1

Subject’s agility which is comprised of skills such as strength, flexibility, speed, hand-eye coordination, balance, and reflexes far exceeds that of any human being.  She has a larger percentage of fast-twitch muscle fibers within the makeup of all her skeletal muscles compared to the low twitch muscle fibers which enable her muscles to generate an exceptional amount of strength and power.  Although the subject’s endurance may be slightly lower than the average human being, she is able to carry out extraordinary acts of agility with periodic intervals of rest in between each burst of activity.  For example, she may scale a building, then jump from one building to another followed by balancing and swinging on a power line like a gymnast within a five minute period of time.  After a minute of rest, she could resume similar activities for approximately the same amount of time.  She can jump up to 12 feet high and up to 60 feet in length, run nearly 32 miles per hour and is as flexible as a yoga master and has the hand-eye coordination comparable to that of the world’s most talented juggling performer.  Also, the subject can flip, swing and balance better than the most talented gymnast or acrobat.
